Summer in Alaska

It's been a while since I've posted. We are enjoying a truly wonderful summer here in Alaska! We've spent a good portion of the summer enjoying visits from friends & family and have been away visiting family some as well. And lots & lots of hiking around Anchorage too (as seen below) Now it's time to get back to some painting which I have dearly missed! Updates to follow soon :)

Casey's Portrait in oils

Just finishing up this lovely portrait of Casey :)

He's on his way to the east coast...the client is giving the portrait as a gift. Here's hoping he is well-received....

Blueberry in oil is completed today :) such a sweet girl!!

Keller in Oils

Keller's portrait is finally finished!! Keller is a rescued Italian Greyhound who is blind....he is a special sweet soul & much loved by his wonderful family. I am so happy to have this portrait on the way to them soon :)
